From Manila:

From South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) take Calamba exit. Follow the main road until you pass through SM Calamba, 2 railroad tracks, and Calamba Water District.

From there, landmarks on your RIGHT will be (in order): Andoks, Luisa Ridge, Baretto Elementary School, Ellison Hardware, then turn right at Maria Makiling Hot Spring Village. Go straight ahead until you'll see the resort on your right.
